TSOL
21shares Solana ETF (TSOL), an exchange traded product, is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (“40 Act”), and therefore is not subject to the same regulations and protections as 40 Act registered ETFs and mutual funds. TSOL is subject to significant risk and heightened volatility. Solana assets are not suitable for an investor who cannot afford to the loss of the entire investment. An investment in TSOL is not a direct investment in Solana.
The 21shares Solana ETF tracks SOL's performance and provides investors with a registered and transparent way to tap into the growth of Solana, one of the most active blockchain networks for gaming, finance, and identity protection.
Investment objective
21shares Solana ETF (TSOL or the Fund) constitutes the Fund. TSOL seeks to track the performance of SOL, as measured by the CME CF Solana-Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant, adjusted for the Fund’s expenses and other liabilities, and to reflect rewards from staking a portion of the Fund’s SOL, to the extent the Sponsor determines such activities can be conducted without undue legal or regulatory risk. The Fund maintains exposure to “spot” SOL.
Staking activities
The Fund may participate in staking a portion of its Solana (SOL) holdings in order to generate additional rewards. Staking involves committing assets to support the operations of the Solana blockchain and, in return, may provide rewards to the Fund. While staking can potentially enhance returns, it also introduces additional risks, including operational, technological, regulatory, and counterparty risks.
Institutional traction
Institutions are beginning to explore building directly onchain. Stablecoins and tokenized treasuries are being issued on Solana1, showing how finance could move faster and more openly when powered by blockchain.
Built to scale
Solana was engineered to process thousands of transactions per second at low cost.2 Its design enables everything from seamless payments to large-scale apps, demonstrating that crypto infrastructure can operate at internet speed.
Real-world use
Solana has seen integrations announced with payment platforms and e-commerce providers, like Visa and Shopify3, and supports billions of dollars in DeFi activity4, representing real-world utility. Projects spanning Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), tokenization, and consumer applications continue to build on the network, signaling for digital ownership to expand into everyday life.

Premium/Discount
The amount that the Fund’s market price is about the reported NAV is called the premium. The amount that the Fund’s market price is below the NAV is called the discount. The Premium/Discount chart shows the difference between the daily market price of the Fund’s shares and the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”). The daily market price is calculated using the mid-point between the highest bid and the lowest offer on the listing exchange, as of the time that the Fund’s NAV is calculated (usually 4:00 pm Eastern time). The vertical axis of the chart shows the premium or discount of the Mid-Point price as a percentage of the NAV. The horizontal axis shows the number of trading days covered by the chart, and each bar in the chart demonstrates how many days the Fund traded within the given premium/discount range. The data presented in the chart and table above represent past performance and cannot be used to predict future results.
