TKNS
The 21shares Active Crypto ETF (TKNS) provides a straightforward way to add active crypto management to an investment portfolio.
Objective
21shares Active Crypto ETF (the “Fund”) seeks total return.
Fund strategy
The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in Crypto Assets or in securities or other instruments that provide economic exposure to Crypto Assets or have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to Crypto Assets (“Crypto Asset-related investments”).
Diversified digital assets
Investors gain access to a selection of digital assets chosen by 21shares, an established crypto asset manager. The fund includes well-known assets like bitcoin alongside smaller tokens.
Moves with the market so you don’t have to
Our experienced portfolio managers reposition the strategy's holdings in response to shifting market conditions. By leveraging proprietary research and valuation trends, the team balances long-term goals with short-term opportunities.
Familiar structure for a new generation of asset
The fund is built as a traditional "1940 Act" ETF. It operates like standard stock market ETFs, offering exchange-based trading and simplified tax reporting.
Performance
The performance data quoted represents past performance and is no guarantee of future results. Investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted. For the most recent month-end performance, please call 646-370-6016 or visit the Fund’s website at www.21shares.com.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and may trade at a discount or premium to NAV. Shares are not individually redeemable from the Fund and may only be acquired or redeemed from the fund in creation units. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. Returns over one year are annualized.
Premium/Discount
The amount that the Fund’s market price is above the reported NAV is called the premium. The amount that the Fund’s market price is below the NAV is called the discount. The Premium/Discount chart shows the difference between the daily market price of the Fund’s shares and the Fund’s net asset value (“NAV”). The daily market price is calculated using the mid-point between the highest bid and the lowest offer on the listing exchange, as of the time that the Fund’s NAV is calculated (usually 4:00 pm Eastern time). The vertical axis of the chart shows the premium or discount of the Mid-Point price as a percentage of the NAV. The horizontal axis shows the number of trading days covered by the chart, and each bar in the chart demonstrates how many days the Fund traded within the given premium/discount range. The data presented in the chart and table above represent past performance and cannot be used to predict future results.
